With more than 30 years of experience in the global fashion and apparel industry, Tatsuo Yata has worked extensively across Japan and Asia in market entry, company establishment, brand operations, wholesale and retail, licensing, sourcing, joint ventures and business restructuring.
He has been involved in businesses for brands including GUESS, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Barbour, G-Star RAW and Napapijri, serving in leadership roles such as President, Country Manager, General Manager and Commercial Director.
He currently serves as Representative Member of TMC Asset Management, supporting international companies and brands with Japan market entry, business development and strategic partnership development.
